◆ 不可抗力によるキャンセルの場合
不可抗力とは、以下のケースを指します：
(a) 日本へのビザ取得不可
(b) 重大な病気
(c) イベントへの参加を完全に不可能にするフライトの遅延・キャンセル

これらの状況については、以下の条件が適用されます：
(1) 全額返金対応
(1.1) イベント開始の30日前までにキャンセルを申し出た場合、参加者が状況の証明書類（ビザ拒否の手紙、医療証明書、フライトキャンセルの確認など）を提供できる場合に限り、全額返金いたします。

(2) 次回イベントの参加チケットとの無償交換対応
(2.1) イベント開始の30日前を過ぎた後にキャンセルを申し出た場合、お支払いいただいた金額の100%に相当する次回以降のイベント参加チケットと無償で交換の対応をさせていただきます。この対応は、キャンセル申込の受理後の発行日から12ヶ月間有効です。

◆ その他の理由によるキャンセルの場合
不可抗力に該当しない理由でキャンセルを希望された場合、以下の条件が適用されます：
(a) イベント開始の30日以上前までの申請｜支払総額の75%分の返金をいたします
(b) イベント開始の15日から30日前までの申請｜支払総額の50%分の返金をいたします
(c) イベント開始の15日前を過ぎた申請｜不可抗力となるキャンセル理由を除き、いかなる場合でも返金はいたしかねます。ただし、イベント開始の7日前までに申請いただければ、参加者の名前を変更し、他人にチケットを譲渡することが可能です。

◆ 返金方法について
キャンセルを希望する場合は、フルネーム、購入詳細、キャンセル理由を記載の上、[ summit@teamz.co.jp ]までご連絡ください。不可抗力の場合は、該当する文書を添付してください。運営チームより直接確認のご連絡を差し上げます。

◆ チケットの変更および譲渡について
ご購入チケットのキャンセルではなく、他人への譲渡を希望する場合、イベント開始の7日前までに申請いただければ、名前の変更を無料で行います。ご連絡は、フルネーム、購入詳細を記載の上、[ summit@teamz.co.jp ]までご連絡ください。

【Web3 for Allイニシアティブに関するお知らせ】
Web3知識の普及と包括性の促進を目的として、「Web3 for All」イニシアティブの下で、Web3領域に以前から関わっていない個人に対し、無料アクセスが一方的に、対価なしで提供されます。これらのアクセスは、関心を持つ対象者の参加基盤を拡大することを意図しています。受領した無料アクセスは、受益者が以前に購入したアクセスの代わりや返金の対象となることはありません。その慈善的な性質と無償性が再確認されます。したがって、無料アクセスの受益者は、無料アクセスの受領をもって、先行購入のアクセスに関する補償または返金を請求する権利を放棄するものとします。本組織は、無料アクセスの提供を変更、中断、または終了する全権を留保し、そのような変更について事前に通知する義務を負いません。この規定は、無料アクセスの受益者が前述の条件を理解し、受け入れたことを確認し、先行購入に関連する返金または補償の適用不可を確定するものとします。

TEAMZ WEB3/AI SUMMIT 2024 Cancellation Policy
Please read the following cancellation policy before registering.

◆ In case of cancellation due to force majeure
Force majeure" refers to the following cases
(a) Inability to obtain a visa to Japan.
(b) Serious illness.
(c) Flight delays or cancellations that make it completely impossible to participate in the event.

For these situations, the following conditions apply
(1) Full refund.
(1.1) If the cancellation is requested at least 30 days prior to the start of the event, a full refund will be provided as long as the participant can provide documentation of the situation (e.g. visa denial letter, medical certification, confirmation of flight cancellation).
(2) Free exchange for a ticket to the next event.
(2.1) If the cancellation request is made less than 30 days prior to the start of the event, we will respond with a free exchange for a ticket to the next and subsequent events equivalent to 100% of the amount paid. This correspondence is valid for 12 months from the date of issue following receipt of the cancellation request.

◆ In case of cancellation for other reasons.
If cancellation is requested for reasons that do not fall under the category of force majeure, the following conditions will apply
(a) Requests received at least 30 days prior to the start of the event｜A refund of 75% of the total amount paid will be granted.
(b) 15 to 30 days prior to the start of the event｜50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
(c) Applications received less than 15 days prior to the start of the event: No refunds will be made under any circumstances, except for reasons of force majeure. However, it is possible to change the name of the participant and transfer the ticket to another person if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the start of the event.

◆ Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel, please contact us at [ summit@teamz.co.jp ] with your full name, purchase details, and the reason for cancellation. In case of force majeure, please attach the relevant documentation. The management team will contact you directly for confirmation.Changes and transfers of tickets
If you wish to transfer your purchased ticket to another person instead of canceling it, we will change your name free of charge if you apply at least 7 days prior to the start of the event. Please contact us at [ summit@teamz.co.jp ] with your full name and purchase details.

◆ Announcement regarding the Web3 for All Initiative
In an effort to promote the dissemination and inclusiveness of Web3 knowledge, free access will be offered unilaterally and without compensation to individuals who have not previously been involved in the Web3 domain under the "Web3 for All" initiative. These accesses are intended to broaden the participation base of interested subjects. Free access received is not intended to replace or refund access previously purchased by the beneficiary. Its charitable nature and gratuitous nature are reaffirmed. Therefore, upon receipt of the free access, the beneficiary of the free access waives any right to claim compensation or refunds for previously purchased access. The Organization reserves the full right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Free Access offer and is under no obligation to provide prior notice of any such modification. This provision confirms that the beneficiary of the free access understands and accepts the aforementioned terms and shall establish the inapplicability of any refund or compensation related to prior purchases.
